We offer German courses at all levels as well as classes focused on specific job-related topics (tourism, economics, engineering, etc.) and preparatory classes for study at German universities.
For businesses, we can provide on-site German classes as long as you have a suitable space that can serve as a classroom. Our German classes are structured according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), which divides the different levels of language acquisition into 6 categories: Level A (Beginner); Level B (Beginner/Intermediate; continuation and expansion of material in Level A); Level C (Intermediate); and Advanced - A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2.
Because of our official recognition by and registration with the Education Offices of Ho Chi Minh City, we commit ourselves to rigorous quality controls and assessments for our German classes. Class sizes, for example, are limited to a maximum of 16 students – we know from experience how important it is for foreign language-learning to receive intense individual attention, of the sort that is not possible in larger classes. All of our German classes are led by teachers educated at the university level in German – with additional, extensive support from native speakers of German for oral exercises and for phonetics and pronunciation exercises.

At the German Center-ST, our obligation to our students includes not only teaching them the German language and its grammar, but also cultural and regional aspects of Germany as a country, including important topics in intercultural communication – embedded within a grammatical exercise, instead of presenting it as a separate topic. Portraying these subjects goes hand in hand with the diverse use of various media in the classroom and regularly held film showings or other cultural events, all of which are offered to our students and to the community free of charge.
The classes are held at our school in Ho Chi Minh City. For classes held outside the German Center-ST, we will charge an additional commission for the transportation of our teachers. The amout depends on the distance from our school. Please ask our front desk for further information. On request we can also organize individual class hours for complete classes or single persons (additional fees may be applicable).
