We provide notarized translations of all documents from Vietnamese into German and vice versa. Upon translation by our team, all documents are then notarized by Vietnamese government authorities using official stamps and seals.
Translation of all standard forms and documents
This includes birth certificates; death certificates; certificates of marriage; personal identification; certificates of no impediment (also called CNI, certifying that a person is legally unmarried); university transcripts and school documents regarding a student’s coursework, grades, and proof of attendance; student identification; university, high school, and trade school diplomas; and proof of accreditation or completion from language schools and other institutions of learning – we charge the following fee:

For any notarized translations of a document that is not a standardized form (such as an academic transcript or a birth certificate), the fees charged are as follows

Please note: All documents issued by official German government agencies and ministries must be accompanied by proof of their authenticity in the form of an official seal and stamp from the German Consulate General or the German Embassy in Vietnam, or by the Vietnamese embassy in Germany, before we can translate them into Vietnamese.
